Make a minimum duration of your seating for 2 hours…It's really mandatory and not that hard, you will get used to it overtime

Don't study the same subject/topic for long duration, at one point your mind gets bored and tired so keep rotating between topics after 3–4 hours

If u need other methods to restrict ur phone usage then use “APP BLOCK “ app and dont forget to block that app also so u can't unblock the distractions.
